The River Queen is part of the Bogan family legacy, rooted in Brielle, New Jersey since 1930 with the founding of Bogan’s Basin. What began as a working waterfront gradually grew into a way of sharing the experience of being on the water with others.
In 1988, that idea became the River Queen, a custom Mississippi River boat replica built in North Carolina. After her maiden voyage of over 700 miles along the intracoastal waterway, she arrived in Brielle, where she continues to cruise along the Manasquan River, Point Pleasant Canal, and Barnegat Bay.
Today, the River Queen is a place where people come together to celebrate, offering a welcoming setting for weddings and private events on the Jersey Shore, with the character of a historic vessel and the comfort of a modern waterfront venue in New Jersey.
